Permitted use

• Owner accounts: manage your company's bookkeeping data.
• Demo accounts: evaluate the product with synthetic data only.

Prohibited use

• Sharing owner credentials or MFA backup codes.
• Attempting to access another tenant's data (bypassing auth, IDOR, SQL injection).
• Uploading malware, illegal content, or data you do not have rights to store.
• Automated scraping or denial-of-service against the public URL.
• Using the demo password to store real client contracts, receipts, or PII.

Your responsibilities

• Use MFA on owner accounts.
• Rotate the demo shared password if it is posted publicly.
• Keep VPS and dependencies patched.

Enforcement

We may suspend accounts, block IPs, or take the service offline to protect other tenants and infrastructure.
